Phase-I Islamabad (Sectors I-8 & G-11)
Phase-I of the housing scheme was launched in 1988. It comprises of 1791 plots. Initially 1595 houses were constructed and handed over to eligible applicants on ownership basis but 196 houses could not be constructed due to dispute of land.
